our challenge with onshore, inc. was to develop a logo design and brand identity that represents onshore's business and personality. with the mark, the typographic treatment was to mimic waves, so the "s" was exaggerated. using waves and sand to suggest motion, communication, layers and complexity, the stationery, print ads, direct mail and presentation folder were developed. the look illustrates their approach to the computer industry and, in particular, their business philosophy: natural, warm and accessible. the presentation folder shown here bears a custom die-cut along the wave. an elastic band with barb holds the folder closed. the direct mail postcard reflects the layers and complexity of the event.
